What data we process and why
Emails you send us. This website has no forms: if you write to us (to request a demo or a quote), we process your name, email address, organisation and message only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool we host ourselves: it stores nothing in your browser, creates no persistent identifier, and we only see aggregate figures (page views, country, device type).
Server logs. The host (Cloudflare Pages) temporarily logs technical data about each request, such as the IP address, to keep the website running and protected. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser, which is why there is no consent banner. Text uses your system fonts: nothing is loaded from third-party services, except the statistics script described above, which is our own.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request and at most one year after the last contact, unless a business relationship starts; in that case, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax obligations).
Who can see it
We do not share the data with anyone. We use these providers, which process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) and Google (email for the contact address). Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the mechanism that covers the international transfer.
Signing in to the EnaPost app: bot check
The EnaPost app's staff access pages (sign-in, password recovery and, once it opens, the trial sign-up) and each town's public newsletter subscription form use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), a security service that tells people from bots to prevent automated submissions and abuse. This marketing website does not load it.
When you open one of these forms, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical data about your browser and device (such as the user agent and TLS fingerprint). It sets no cookies on our domains. On the staff access pages, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR); on the subscription form, it is a security measure necessary to provide the service the town hall entrusts to us (art. 32 GDPR).
Cloudflare acts as a data processor and, when it uses these signals to improve its bot detection, as an independent controller; it may process the data outside the European Union under its data processing terms. More information: Turnstile privacy addendum.
Residents' data in the EnaPost service
When a town hall uses EnaPost (the town page, the email newsletter, the screens), the town hall is the controller of its residents' data, and En Antena Produccions SL processes it as a processor (art. 28 GDPR), only on its instructions. For that data, see the town hall's privacy policy or contact it directly. As a sub-processor, Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile) checks that the subscription form is sent by a person, as explained in the previous section.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@enacast.com. If you believe we have not handled it correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
