Selling to public administration means compliance is not optional. It ships built in.

🔐 GDPR and newsletter data

✔Subscriber sign-up with double opt-in and an unsubscribe link in every email.
✔The town hall is the data controller; Enantena acts as processor under a standard DPA.
✔Application servers in the EU (Frankfurt). The subscriber list belongs to the municipality: when the service ends we return it to you, as the processing agreement requires.
✔Public pages carry no tracking cookies.

♿ Accessibility

✔Citizen-facing pages (news, agenda, subscribe, screens) are built to meet WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549, the law for public services. Current status: partially compliant, by self-assessment (see the accessibility statement).
✔Semantic HTML, labelled forms and visible focus; the embedded widget inherits the official site's fonts and colours.
✔The audio channel and printable poster make information accessible to people who don't use screens or phones.

✨ AI transparency (AI Act)

✔All AI-generated content carries a visible indicator: "AI-generated", "automatic translation", "AI voice".
✔Once a human reviews and approves it, the indicator clears — the marker always reflects real provenance.
✔Nothing is published without human approval: AI proposes, the town decides.
✔Translations are a service layer: the original text is the only legally valid version, and this is always stated.

🧾 Procurement and invoicing

✔EnaPost fits a Spanish minor contract (services up to €15,000/yr excluding VAT). Quote on request.
✔Facturae e-invoicing via eFACT/FACe with the town's DIR3 codes.
✔Monthly activity report and compliance documents (DPA, accessibility statement) for the procurement file.
