✔All AI-generated content carries a visible indicator: "AI-generated", "automatic translation", "AI voice".
✔Once a human reviews and approves it, the indicator clears — the marker always reflects real provenance.
✔Nothing is published without human approval: AI proposes, the town decides.
✔Translations are a service layer: the original text is the only legally valid version, and this is always stated.
