How it works
-
1. Write it once
An announcement, an event with date and venue, or an official notice. In your language, without thinking about formats.
-
2. AI drafts the versions
Web text, newsletter subject and body, a radio audio script, a WhatsApp message โ plus translations into every enabled language. All labeled "AI-generated".
-
3. You review and approve
Edit anything (the AI marker clears once you touch it). Nothing goes out without your sign-off.
-
4. It goes everywhere, with proof
Web, agenda, RSS/ICS, newsletter, audio, screens and a printable notice. Sends land in the delivery log: what, where, when.
๐งฉ The widget for the official website
Many town websites are run by an external provider and updating them is painful. The EnaPost agenda widget is pasted once (one versioned script line) and from then on the official site's agenda maintains itself. RSS and ICS feeds cover any other system.
<div id="enapost-agenda"></div>
<script src="https://app.enapost.enacast.com/widget/v1/agenda.js" data-town="el-teu-poble" defer></script> ๐ป For municipal radios (EnaCast)
Every post can generate a synthetic-voice audio bulletin, in the post's language and labelled "AI voice". The station downloads it from the dashboard or the town page and schedules it. Coming soon: direct delivery to the EnaCast schedule.
๐บ A lobby TV that keeps itself up to date
Every TV screen (lobby, library, sports hall, health centre) opens one EnaPost link once and from then on shows what you publish, with events that vanish by themselves once they've passed and the urgent notice pinned on top until you unpin it. It alternates the town's enabled languages: the screen text is machine-translated and labelled "automatic translation" until town staff reviews it. No signage software: the TV's own browser or a streaming stick's browser is enough (compatible, not certified).
๐ Publishing once also means in more than one language
The town page can be published in Catalan, Spanish and English. More languages (French, Aranese, Arabic, Romanian, Urduโฆ) can be enabled for the screens; on the town page, coming soon. The newsletter arrives in the language the resident chose, when a translation exists. Translations are published labelled "automatic translation" and become "reviewed" once town staff checks them. The original text is always the only legally valid version.
